i have pressed the print scrn key and it copyed it. i went on to a imaging program ( my scanner) and pressed paste and it appeared on to the screen but how do i transfer that on to the message( please don't say look at the ubb code )?.:-(

First you have to get some webspace from one of the free hosts like angelfire. Then you'll need to download an ftp program, you can get free versions at places like download.com. The host you choose will give you the ftp address that you need to upload to, aswell as your password and username. You need to enter those details into your ftp program, then upload your file. Then you just put the full url of the image into your forum post, with the correct UBB code to turn it into a link.
