I have no clue howto start a new level to build a new one. There is no option for this I don't think. Please help me thanx.

Just go to thier level, and delete rooms

Then follow the instructions on how to name your own level

If you look in the table of contents for the manual (USA version) you might notice a section called 'creating your own projects'...if you are looking for a 'new project' option in the pulldown menu you won't find one.
