How about everyone posting their top 3 most wanted wad files?This way Eidos would know exactly how to make us go all gooey the most.------------------

Ok, first I'd like to say that I'm very thank ful for all the stuff they have already given us.Number one on my wishlist is a wad containing modern stuff like the London or VCI levels. Number two would be the wad for the Black Isle of Chronicles. The last on y list is the wad for the sunken ship of TR2. Mainly any wad as far from Egypt as possible would be great.

well first of all you can get the vci TGA also you can get the
venice TGA and they are cool

Pwhirl made a good point that the wads for older TR's are not compatable with the TR4 level editor.Things aren't as easy as I first thaught!------------------

I wouldn't have thaught the lara's house wad would have much to offer,playing around with the butler might be a laugh though.------------------

I have all the TR games,even the gold series and I have completed them all as well. But the one that is still the best is 1 & 3.
I beleive that the later games have gotten far to military, the music and the enemies.
I liked the older enemies and music much better, so I would def like to see wads that had enemies from TR1 and TR3.........I didnt think TR2 fit in the whole pic to well so it was always my least favoriteIP: Logged |

1) Crash Site From TR3( with T-Rex and such)and the 4 wheeler.
2)laras mansion from tr3
3)Black Isles TRC
4)Area 51 ( with the alien on the table and in the tank, and the whales, etc.)I am very grateful to eidos after releasing the TRLE and even more grateful for releasing more wads and textures. Hopefully there are many more to come. Thanks Eidos! ------------------

yes, I agree with 'ocasious'...TR3 (& gold) is the best one. It has all the global elements, top level design sense & the best music.
(my label released Nathan's most recent TR track btw...) I would like to have the Area 51 WAD
(& London levels)
or maybe the aliens/animals from Tr1. Tr3 Gold shows how adventurous you can be
with it's WADs. All the basic objects from Tr3
would make everyone happy for a long time...

Since WADs from the first three games aren't really an option, I'll keep my choices to TR4 and TR5 (although if Eidos can find a way to convert the WADS from the earlier games, I wish they would.) Anyway...TR4-- Actually, we have enough from this one to keep us going for quite a while. TR5--
The base right before the submarine (I have a mental block right now about what that level was called.) Trajan's Markets Any of the VCI levels.

Let us try to forget the topic of older wads for a min and think about what we are saying here, because its not the wads we realy want its just the objects that the wads have and surely there must be a way to recreate these same objects to implement in the TR4 editor, which in every case should even look a lot better. So the issue might only realy be when are they going to do this, if they plan to at all........when you think about it this way it doesent seem to far away or hard to grasp.....right?IP: Logged |

First I don't think core/eidos or who ever makes them will release any wads for the other games until they have released all the TR4 wads first.The TR4 wads I want most are: 1-Desert Railroad
2-Valley of the Kings
3-Sphinx Complex ------------------
