Hallo there!
Actually I do not know how to interprete the coordinates - but -
this problem mostly occurs with stacked rooms
having placed for instance another door afterwards to be used as trap or sthg. else into an already existing door connection. In these cases you have applied two doors for the same stack.
For Example:
Warning message: "invalid door(s) in room x."
You've got three stacks. Delete all doors of stacked room no. 2 (x)(where the problem is located) one after another. For each deleted door check the wad output until the problem disappeares.
To avoid this failure start connecting the stacked rooms from above the "problem"-room again downwards.
This is quite annoying but it works.
Note this might not be the only invalid door.
Check the warnings carefully!

Bye

Hello again!
Sometimes I think I'm getting dumb.

Here is your correct answer:

When having an output like:
"Invalid door(s) in room (x): x1, y1 : x2, y5 (e.g.)" (this is what happend a few days ago to me) it means the first two coordinates tell you where to start with counting (the corner top-left).
The last two coordinates tell you the exact position where your door begins.
Keep in mind to start counting inbetween your room (no grey blocks, no doors; all green walls do count!).
This answer is final unless...

No, that's it.

Bye
