Yep, that's right. Does anyone here know of any good (and free)sound editors that will encode WAVs at the correct rate (is it 44,100 or 44,000?) for the editor? i want to add some house/rave cuts to my level and for some reason, Windows Sound Recorder won't do it. Please help! DJTech

hey there
it is infact 44,100.
and windows sound record works perfectly.
make sure you save as microsoft adpcm,
8 bit srereo. if that dosn't work try 4 bit.

Try this link which has loads of audio editing software that`ll do what you want. Some freeware too. Programs like Goldwave are best check out. http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/

Yeah it`s me. What I did was this. I did three arrangements of looped audio samples in Acid Rock 2. I ripped out samples of Lara and effects from TRLR and TRC. I then cut and edited Laras voice and pieced the whole thing together in Cool Edit Pro processing further effects at the same time. I then added myself on electric guitar to the final mix. It`s not the usual kind of thing I do musically but it was fun. I may do another sometime as everyone has liked it. ------------------
