yes they do!!! try photo suite III it's simple and cheep. you can load your bmp in then under file choose add photo select what ever you want and drop it in. it will default to the upper right hand corner of the bmp, but you can simply move it and resize it into place. check out my retextured bike in my "other downloads" page. I used this techniqe, it took about 45 seconds. the wheel is from a custom harley Fat boy.

No, they don't! When I make a PRJ using a created TGA, I save load, and get an error message of not being able to fint a file with the name identical to that of my created TGA, but with an extention of PCX. Have you TRIED your own tools?!

yup I'm not just telling stories here as I explained above it works it's the method I used, and the bike works in game ( hence the in game screen shot) now please don't take offense I wasn't trying to step on your toes. Just trying to help Piega. and keep in mind, just because you may not have been able to get something to work, doesn't mean it can not be done!

honestly not looking to start any fights here _Rob_

Paint Shop Pro 7 will do the job just fine, when you load the .tga file try using the magnifying glass and zooming in

an easy way to get the transparency is to use the eye dropper tool (if you've got one in your paint program) to pull it off of another texture, it should be a pink / purple. and paint it into your tile.
just make sure your opacity is set to 100% or it may through off the color a bit and will no longer be recognized as transparent.
