This was part of the problem I had a while a go. You know the script and english.dat. where it turned into a wordpad file. Anyways that problem is fixed. But the level editor still gets that illegal operation when I try to open the level editor. I've called eidos tech support, but they can't help fix that problem.

I would love some help!!!!!!! THANKS!I can't wait to build more levels.

Greetz,
Stripix

I know you said you reinstalled the LE already. But did you uninstall first? This will sometimes clean up some stuff and the reinstall will work better.

Yeah, I uninstalled and reinstalled everything but I still doesn't work for some reason. This might be a pernament problem. Anyways I when I called eidos, the tech support guy said that there might be a corrupted file. But everything in the trle folder looks fine.
