Is there any way to make the pony tail MUCH shorter? Otherwise the X-Files level will not contain Scully as a playable charater.

Yes there is. Just use TRWest to take lara's hair from the Angkor Wad and put it your wad. It works the other way if you want young lara to have long hair.
