You can get unlimited for free at crosswinds.com but the pop-up banners are really annoying and it's pretty slow too..

Try Cybercities... well they're not accepting new accounts at the moment. They are bannerless, a good speed, and they are going to have 200 mb at the end of the summer (or are planning on it). But when they rebuild sections of pages, your account goes down for months.

Anyway, you should get either a zip drive, or a low-costing account. That's the best way. Free services are *often* down.
