Are you going to release a version 2 of the school wad? Cos Lara walks through nearly all of the objects and when Lara opens the kick door from one way she dives into the floor.

about the door: if you wanna fix this, you have to get the revised wads, BUT YOU HAVE TO DELETE ALL THE THINGS FROM UNOFFICIAL WADS! LIKE TROOPS, if you wanna get the animations of doors right, you need to first get the revised wad into trwest, add objects you want to the revised wad from the school wad, and now the animations on the doors will work BUT REMEMBER, YOU CANT HAVE ANYTHING FROM UNOFFICIAL WADS! WELL, MAYBE STATIC THINGS, BUT NOT MOVABLES

yes, you have to FOLLOW THE steps, you should not have to do anything; if a person downloads a wad it should be ready for action. do tell me exactly what you didwhat do you mean!! I just set it up normally! like I do with all wads; and they work. and what all the problems are with my wad there aren't many probs with your wad, only these : If Lara is holding onto a block (4 click of higher) and you press the backwards button she goes inside the wall. If you try to open a kick door she goes inside the floor. Lara walks through nearly all of the objects and I'm sorry but the outfit she is wearing isn't very nice.

1. so you mean some of the objects are walkthroughable? yes, that's true, some objects like library table is too big, and no other objects are that big, so i dont have a similar object to replace

2. the outfit isnt nice, your free to modify it, that's your choice

3. the kickdoor object and many other doors have to be placed in one direction WITHOUT the doorknob, the animation for pulling the door is in the revised wads, but if you wanna use the revised wads, you MUST delete the troops object, alot of animations problems are probably becuz of this, so if you want good animations, use the revised wad to make a custom wad with trwest

4. maybe i should delete the armyman from the wad and use the revised wads so animations, but this wad, like alot of the custom wads, have flaws, most people will extract the objects into other wads to fit their needs, if you recall, almost all unofficial wads, like joby3a, dont work by itself if you make a game with it, it needs to be extracted to other custom wads. so school wad objects will need to be EXTRACTED

whoa thats alota typing, hope that explains things

I wish some one would create a proper WAD Creation programme so that creative people like you and others can make objects with ease.

the library table? it's screwed up i know, i already have a solution for it, but unfortunately, i have moved on to the new york level, in order to make it really nice, i need to use all my focus here, not on the school for now, so the school, you can think of it as a demo sorry for any inconvieniece
