To use TR2WAD.. start it up and a window will pop up and the header will say open, now if you want to open the opera house, for example, go to you TR2 cd and in the data folder and open it. Now hit the save button and save it in a .WAS file. go into you editor and load that same .WAS file. browse through until you find the object you want. Take note of the object slot, DOOR2 for example, (at the moment it might not be in the correct slot) open TRwest and load that same .WAS file in the reference side, open the WAD you are going to use in the Edit side Scroll down in the reference side to DOOR2, or whatever, and and highlight the object that will be replaced by the DOOR2 in the edit side, and hit "replace". Then save the wad Now this is how I get object and this method works fine for me. You will need to test the object in different slots to find the right one that works best for it. IF you extraxt them and make them to was wads etc trwest won't be able to read it. It always says. Mesh 192 bla bla is unknown and doesn't open the wad. IP: Logged
