How the he11 do i use it I really am stuck I havent read the acrobat reader instructions yet though, can someone help?

Welcome, sure I can try to help (as will many others around here). So two pieces of advice for you:

1. RTFM (read and actually work (!) through the manual, ie rebuild the tutorial level - it may seem a huge task, but it goes pretty quickly and will pay off later)

2. Ask a specific question - with a post like the above, nobody can really answer you
