well when you place two rooms directly beside each other and make a door one space wide the wall on either side will be wafer thin. To avoid this move one room one space away from it and then make a new 1x1 room and use it as room connecter. Hope this helps and isn't to confusing. It really is hard to explain.

Another way, to avoid lots of tiny rooms, is to make the row of block along the wall where the door is into Wall type blocks (except where the door is, of course). You should make your room one row/column bigger.

...and as far as I remember the Tutorial level building explains it with a nice example right at the beginning. Follow that and see what it does and it will all become clear...

Making the door wider will not help.
Instead of lots of little rooms, make the rooms a little bigger, and change a row of blocks around the door to wall blocks. This makes the door look thicker. It is in the manual.

Excellent Conan, a picture is worth a thousand words. Examples make it easy to see.

yeah conan, you have helped me a lot of my level. ..ummm if anyoen doesnt have msn messenger and want to use it then let me know , or if you have it my emial is runninL8@hotmail.com and we can IM that way if you have or need to ask me anything. ive learned a lot in the past few weeks. this forum is cool its helped me out a lot. ....umm oh yeh...it looked like some levels even on the TRCHR Cd, they had some distinct problems with some of their walls. is there any sure way to determine if you have gotten rid of the "bug" throughout your program without having to play it all the way through??
