You know the spike holes texture in some of the sets? The spikes doesn't fit in the game, but in the editor they look fine! In the game they pops out from where there are no holes in the texture and some pops out from where there are holes, but they doesn't fit in the holes. Are the spikes rotated in the game or what? Currently I use a way too big hole texture for the spikes in my new level: The Valley Temple.Any solutions? ------------------ Did ya know that Lara can breathe under water? IP: Logged |

You can rotate the spikes by right clicking on them and you can also rotate the spiked floor texture in the same way. Adjust both so the holes and spikes line up.------------------ Will Gell IP: Logged |

DOH! someone beat me to it...I have built a spiked hall, and the textures and spikes work fine. You may need to rotate the spikes and textures to align them - but otherwise I've had no problems. Rotating spikes is a matter of right clicking just like with textures Let me know how you get on OK? Conan [This message has been edited by Conan the Barbarian (edited 09-14-2001).] IP: Logged |
