Geocities just deleted TRClothes again!!!
And just after I have returned from three hellish months!!!!
It is sickening. I gained them over 22,000 visitors in 9 months and they repay me by doing this. If I find out whoever reported me to them, then I will not be very impressed. As far as I know, making clothes for Lara is not illegal. They did this before but I admit I was in the wrong - I diverted my traffic for 1 day!!!!
Now once again, I have to sit all day and upload my costumes - it is an inconvenience for me and an inconvenience to those who have waited over three months to download my designs.
I srtongly suggest anyone who might have a site at geocities to move, cos they obviously dont appreciate GOOD WORK, if I may say so myself.
All I have ever done since joining the forums and the TR community in Dec 2000 was to help them and provide a new and different service. Now my site has been destroyed after my return.
I am so sorry to all those who wanted my clothes. GEOCITIES ARE A DISGRACE. If my claims are unfounded, and Geocities re-inburse my site by re-allocating it the 15MB of space and the restoration of my costumes, then I take it back. But I don't see it happening as the COWARDS have no means of formal contact by email. Yours John (Moose562) Ps. My apologies to those who waited SO patiently. Y'know how I feel about free places; they are a load of **** and it's ****ing awful that you have been deleted again.

sorry to hear that news.if you are looking for a different provider that can host your website there is a link here that you can use. it contains the name of the service how much webspace and the type of banner (its got to many that i can type)

Wait... what kind of problem do you have with Geocities? If it's bandwidth, you should have your stuff hosted at http://www.fateback.com ------------------

If geocities detect mutiple downloads from your site, or lots of downloads over a short period of time, there software thinks you are running a warez site and automatically deletes you. Complaining to geocities doesn't work, as they've only got one brain cell between all of there system ops.IP: Logged |

Geocities, Tripod, all a load of rubbish. They delete sites whenever they want, its no good. Get something like a freeservers account, they've never let me down ------------------
