I just got the LE today, and it's giving me grief. It says to run the program at a high resolution, but when I set it to the 1000x700 something rez, it kicks me off before the program can start! And when I set the program from 800x600 to 1000x700 (something), things are there, but the program freezes up and the Editor screen goes blank. I don't know what to do, and my sister is threatening me with stuff If I set it up on the better computer and the manual says NOTHING! >.< AAAAAAaahhhhh! Help me!!!!! IP: Logged |

i don't know if this is the problem but... when the editor starts up there should be a little box pops asking if you want to load the last autosave? you have to either press cancel or ok before doing anything else.*edit: sorry, after reading through your problem again i doubt this is the answer you need. sorry.* [This message has been edited by the_last_frustration (edited 09-19-2001).] IP: Logged |

TRLE has to be run in 1024x768 mode according to the instructions.Do you by any chance have (a) Voodoo video card(s) ?? I had some problems, but a quick update on drivers solved it.

if you're getting an illigal operation error, rightclick on your desktop, choose properties, hit the most right tab and set the color depth to 16 bits instead of 32 bitsthis is also in the manual
