I have a large interior room in my level, where i can see into a small room at one end.The problem is that the horizon graphics show up on the back wall of the small room that i can see into. I know i can remedy this by putting up a partition or a door in front of the small room, but is there a way i can keep things as they are and not be able to see the horizon from showing through the walls? I assume there is a limitation on how big you can have a room before this happens ,or is it some other problem i'm experiencing? Also is it possible to have sky graphics in your wad without a horizon, 'cos i only need to see the sky in parts of my level anyway, but i deleted the horizon and i just get black areas showing up where the sky should be.

The limit is 20 squares. There´s no way to avoid it, unless your horizon is totally black, so it fades with the darkness.IP: Logged |

How about a door to the room - you can have it automatically close when you exit------------------ Conan the Barbarian email: conanthebarbarian@ntlworld.com a.k.a. Ted Swippet email:tswippet@hotmail.com IP: Logged |

Does the horizon show up on the whole back wall, or in cracks where the wall joins the ceiling?

It shows on the whole of the back wall. I think maybe i'll put a door there or maybe a wall to divide the large room up. Thanx all for the replies

I've seen lots of large rooms that don't have this problem. It sounds almost like it thinks there is supposed to be horizon showing thru.Or maybe transparency or opacity. By any chance did you put a color on the wall? Or did you ever have it set to the horizon color and changed it? Just curious what it is about this level that causes it.
