A couple of days ago i wrote about the problem I had with my level not starting. No i have another problem that i had before and even discussed here.I am busy building, or trying to build, a level in wgich Lara revisits the Cistern from the first game. I loaded the object wad from Coastal ruins because it contains a Crocodile and a skeleton. I did not work. Iplaced those in my level, set the trigger under Lara's starting position but all it showed was a sort of goldish small ting hanging in mid air. The skeleton same story. Then i tried Karnak to see what would happen there. Same story except that the scorpions DID load properly. Anybody any ideas? Can it have to do with memory? Jan IP: Logged |

That goldish thing appears if you don't have the revised WADS or if you played a custom level and didn't replace the WAD you ovewritten with the original. That goldish thing means that an object in the WAD doesn't exist therefor you can't see it.Even if you see it's name. IP: Logged |

KrisGR is correct.First thing to do is download the revised WADs from Eidos and replace yours with it. It will enable all Lara animations for each WAD. If you´re using the original/revised Coastal WAD, when outputing your WAD please select Coastal as output target. These "Lara Pelvis" object appears when you output your WAD with another name or over another WAD. IP: Logged |
