i need new ideas for puzzles, traps and layout of rooms in my next lara's home level as i want to make this home level better than the first here are the facts >young lara will be used >snowmobile will be the only vehicle >it will be set in wintertime, with snow falling outside. >the level will be set at night so has anyone got any ideas on the things that they would like to see in a house level? ------------------ download my lara's home level http://driber.geckokid.com/screens/lara's_coastal_home.zip http://driber.geckokid.com/screens/LCH_sound_waves.zip read a review below http://www.mprager.de/LarasCoastalHome.htm includes: 6 hidden artifacts jeep race course loads of traps and puzzles and much much more IP: Logged |

this is more of a request than a suggestion but could you try and cut down the distance that you can see. ie. smaller rooms, or walls deviding big areas cos in your last level my PC slowed down so much. The level itself was excellent but I got fed up of having about 2 frames per second. How about having some sort of frozen pond/lake, it could become some sort of underwater puzzle or maze or summink. U could have huskies instead of regular dogs.that's all I can think of right now. It's too late at night to think of anything else. Anyway hope it helps. *yawns* Crazie J ------------------ If ingnorance is bliss I'm in heaven!!! IP: Logged |

idea: how about taking that frozen pond from craziej2k's idea and make it un-frozen after setting it to fire as a result of some puzzle (or maybe trigger it with a torch) you could make a kewl flyby for this "un-freezing of the pond"wait...on second though...let ME do the flyby...I LOVE doing flybys ------------------ Tomb Raider - Ancient Legends levels (2), walkthroughs, tutorials, wallpapers and other TR goodies on driber.cjb.net visit the TRLE Chatbox for live online help or just to get to know your fellow forum members this week's quote: Give man a couple of pills and he'll be dancing for hours.
