I've bee trying to download a level off your site but I keep getting 403 forbidden. I've asked other people if this is happening to them but they seem to be able to download the levels. Some people have suggested that I might have done somthing wrong and have been banned from downloading files. If I have done anything wrong (which I haven't to my knowledge) please could you tell me what I've done, or if it's not me why I can't download the levels.John IP: Logged |

Sorry to interfere but have you seen this message in the past?Maybe you broke that rule.PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD MULTIPLE FILES AT ONCE

craziej2k. sorry you're having problems accessing the media on our servers. I would far rather you have emailed me direct than use this forum, but in any case, please drop me an email with your ISP's details and I'll attempt to resolve the issue.The only reason we would block IP's is to eliminate abuse of our servers and to ensure everybody gets a fair crack at downloading levels at decent speeds. As some of you know, our line becomes saturated at peak times, and this will be remedied when we upgrade to a larger 10MB pipe on Jan 13th. Users downloading 10+ levels simultaneously can expect to have their IP blocked.
