Hi, Dhama!
I had hard times with Ati Rage card as you have with your Radeon now.
Solution is/ or rather was for me - to find Ati driver for OpenGL in your Windows/system folder and disable it. This way Strpix uses regular Microsoft driver for OpenGL called „opengl32.dll”
I wouldn’t do it without Vagrant (thanks, fairchild) who had discovered solution for problems with his voodoo card.

Here is what I did:
A/ Open Windows/System folder and find file called atio9xaa.dll
B/ change the name of the file to „rem atio9xaa.dll” or make a backup just in case
C/ Open Strpix and enjoy ( I hope)

It works with cards based on Rage 128 chipset. The driver for Radeon could have different name. If you cannot find the proper file driver you can do the trick:
A/ open Dxdiag and turn off options: DirectDraw and Direct3D
B/ Close DxDiag ( important, otherwise changes do not take effect)
C/ Open Strpix or TurboPascal Tredit3D (both use OpenGL) . If any of those two crashes you’ll get error massage like :”access violation at (in my case) atio9xaa.dll”
D/ remember the name of dll – it’s the file you should disable.

I hope it helps you. Please, post here if it works for you.

Thats extremely helpful Qudlatopec, thanks very much. Stupid me, it didn't occur to me; but it does now.
Thanks again.
