people wanted to know why The Sage Of Time suddenly disappeared from the moderator list. here are the reasons:

- Sage was rude to me and other forum members
- Sage is too strong headed and not willing to listen to reason once his mind has been made up
- Sage was disrespectful towards other moderators
- Sage tried to kick me off the mod team after hearing some serious accusations towards me that have later been proven false
- Sage ignored several important questions regarding the accusations, because he clearly did not have proof to back them up
- Sage publicly contradicted me on several occasions by posting such on the forum and by re-opening threads I closed
- Sage has a biased mind and lets personal feelings or "favouritism" get in the way of playing by the book
- Sage held back information that might've contributed to the banning of a forum member. He did not release it, because he is now "friends" with that person and chooses to ignore what that person has done.
- Sage made important moderator decisions without informing the other moderators and as a result, trying to run the forum on his own

all these reasons made me and other people see that Sage simply was a very poor moderator, not a team player and unreliable and did not deserve a position where he could abuse his "powers"
this is not just my personal opinion, but they are facts
all proof (forum pages, e-mails) have been send to the forum administrators to review and led to the put down of Sage as a moderator

now, about new moderators: I have requested this, but haven't got an answer yet. Take in account that the people at Eidos have/had holidays too.
I can't say anything about who will be picked and how, because I simply don't have that information yet.
I will announce once I get more information and keep you all updated, but until then, we all just have to wait patently
