Press the O button in the editor. It makes the wind.

If I remember correctly, click the 'O' button under the room map, to enable a soft breeze. Just remember that 'O' stands for Outside.

I mean real wind. Like the sink object underwater. Wind that prevents Lara from accessing certain places.

That's correct, but there's no other types of wind avaible.

I wanted that back last year for crawling along the top of a plane in flight. No way to do it, though.
