You can now use TR_Prj (Version 1.5) to modify OCB values in your project file.
For each object, you can enter any value between 32767 and -32768.
The number of Lights for each room has also be added in the ascii file produced by TR_Prj : This file can be opened in Excel for easy reference.

TR_Prj (Version 1.5) can be downloaded at http://alainlecomte.free.fr/TR_Prj.zip

Kool! The interface is good and proffesional, but it looks a bit like ketchup... The inner yellow grid should be white, the turquoise and red 'button' grids should be grey and the yellow number fields should be white. Then it would look even better and more professional.

Nice work! I like the colors, I'm tired from the proffesional looks, my opinion is that it's just fine!

Yes, version 1.6 of TR_Prj, currently avalable for downloading, not only gives the quantity of Sun-lights per room, but also the quantities of Spot-lights, Effect-lights, Shadows and Fog-bulbs.
(The Fog-bulb icon can easily be confused with the Spot-light icon when placed on the map : They look almost the same).

In version 1.6, one will also get for the same price ( ) a debuging wizard for TRLE projects :

- A "Find Errors" button will find for you probable errors, for instance if a Switch Trigger has been used for an object which is not a Switch, or if a Key Trigger has been used for an object which is neither a Key-Hole nor a Puzzle-Hole.

- A "Find Warnings" button to get warnings for possible mistakes, for instance if a Door, a Rope, a Raising-Block... is not associated with at least one Trigger.

TR_Prj (Version 1.6) can now be downloaded at http://alainlecomte.free.fr/TR_Prj.zip (Size = 232 Ko = 1 minute with a standard modem)

Nice to see that all my hard work wasn't for nothing.
Ale, If you are interested in expanding your program, you could maybe add some features to fix broken projects that the LE won't load. That way all the project fixing stuff could be in one program. I could send you the source code for TRFix if you want it. I just threw it together real quick, and it's not my best work, but it is easy to follow.

Hi Ale, your program becomes more interesting, entirely the last version (1.6) is not visualized well on the monitor, the left side is not seen entirely (I use 1024 x 768).

Bye

Thank you for your proposal Aktrekker : I will certainly be happy to make profit of your own source code from TRFix if you sent it to me. It will however probably take some time before the birthday of this expanded version of my project-analyser : You know that it is a time consuming work, and building a new project file from broken pieces is probably not so easy.

By the way, I am impatiently waiting for new releases of your excellent program TR2PRJ : Did you manage to go further, for instance to extract texture informations from the T.R. exe file, and put it in the project file?

This version 1.6 has been tested on 3 different computers, and this problem did not show-up. TR_Prj uses a special option which allow this program to resize automatically according to the size of the screen's user. Perhaps this produces problem with some computers : Traio, if you give me your e-mail adress, I can send you a version of TR_Prj where this option has been removed.
The original size of TR_Prj is 720x480.
