Somebody here posted a message last year listing all of the ocb codes for use with switches/levers. I'm particulary interested in the code for use with the push buttons from the TR3 house.

So if someone could repost the codes, I'd be very appreciative.

There are no ocb codes, but with the new wadmerger that will come soon it's possible to use these switches.

In AI_Editor, the readme file shows how to use the little push switch in TR3, and OCB 1 for the pushing animation. You may have to change the sound (I replaced spx_swt with b1, which is a small cliking sound) and they work fine.
But it is TRWad who made the AI_Editor program, isn't it?

yep, it's me. But I stopped the program cause all features are now included in WADMerger. And there is a special feature for switches to make it very easy.
