If you wanted to make a swimming pool for instance this is how you would do it.

Create your room that would be at the top for Lara to walk around in.
Then create the room that you want to be your pool.
Then lower the pool room so it's ceiling is level with the upper rooms floor.
Connect them together using the door button.
Then click on the room below and select the "W" button.
Then go back to the top room and select the whole door area you have just made (it should now be red).
Click "Toggle oppacity 2". "Double sided" and "Transparent".
Then select the water texture (it will be the mottled black one) and texture the whole door area.
You might want to alter the lighting bearing in mind that it is unerwater.
