Topic: Could some1 create backround music for me?

Short (and vague) description: Crystal and mystic like. With chourous voices singing.I need the music for my level AC1-2 which most of you know takes place in antarctica. The reason i need it is that part of my level takes place underground. I have a file that i would want used somewhere among all the other sfx; so if anyone would be nice enough to create one, i would send them a zip file containing the sfx. ------------------

If you have access to .wav editor, why don't you find the piece of music you like and then slow it down. This gives a nice effect for underground terrains.------------------

Well, dhama, whenever i tried to get the file in the correct format, it never works, so i was hopeing someone with more experiance than me would do it.------------------

David Troska made the background music for my next level, you can try contacting him and asking him, because he made the same kind of Ambient music you are describing hereif you want his address, drop me a line and I'll reply with the addy ------------------

I've had the same problem with my recorded sounds, I use sound recorder, and i load in any tr sound, then cut off the rest of it so you have like .xx or more of silence, then you can add your fx in and it will play in your game, just dont have too much silence or it might sound weird...IP: Logged |

You have to save it in Microsoft ADPCM (.wav) format. Then it will play in TRLE. If you save it in other wav. format like windows PCM and ACM Waveform, you won't here the sound.[This message has been edited by iqi86 (edited 03-15-2002).] IP: Logged |
