It depends if you want it outside or inside. For the outside Moulin Rouge I'd advice to use parts of the old mill's wad. Not the whole wad, but It's the only one I know where are 'wings' for the mill. The mills' main part can be made with the LE itself. You can get the wad with a programm - TR2WAD, select Andy3.TRC and make the wad. I tried to make MR fly-by level myself, but it just got stuck somehow. Anyway, hope this helped even if only a little bit.

Use TR2wad programm. It's not too hard, just load the ANDY.TRC from your TRC CD and create the wad. Place the objects in the correct slots, delete the ones you dont like or wont use with TRWest. I think the wings for the mill should be Wraith4 object.

(If you read this post earlier, then know, I wont be able to send the wad, it chrashed after texturing and I didn't have a backup for it, sorry.)
