Not the easy way, but here it goes:

You can run the MIDI file from your computer using a sequencer software like Cakewalk or Logic (or anything else which can run MIDI files). Plug the output of your soundboard into a digital recording device such a DAT or MD recorder (or a cassette deck, but youŽll loose quality) and record the MIDI performance. Then plug the output of the recording device into the input of your soundcard and re-record the audio in the computer using the windows sound recording, or even Cakewalk or Logic or any other audio recording aplication.

Hi Limp Bizkit,

For MIDI to WAV conversion:

1) Launch Winamp (www.winamp.com).
2) Launch 'Sound Recorder' (usually found in Windows Accessories folder).
3) Press Record on Sound Recorder.
4) Press Play on WinAmp.
5) When finished select 'File: Save As' in Sound Recorder and choose the format you want to save it in.

For WAV / MIDI to MP3 you can use WinAmp. If you need further details of how to use WinAmp for converting files let me know (email me) and I'll dig out an old post I made on this.

Hope this helps.
