I need silence to work, if there's music on background, I can't concentrate on the work. But sometimes I listen to one of "All Saints" songs. Some of them are depressing, but somehow it raises my working potencial and I get inspirred by them for some nice effects.IP: Logged |

I don't listen to anything, when i'm deep in concentration a can't hear a sound; why the building could collapse around me and i'd be none the wiser When I used to play Doom back in the good ole day's I used to listen to Enya, just imagine it, Guns blazing to the sweet sound of Orinoco flow ------------------

Lol! My machine is so noisy that I went to a construction yard suppliers to buy some headphones which are normally used by people who dig up the road. I then customised them so that my lovely Sennheiser headphones fitted inside the ear-pieces. Now whenever I work on my computer I can't hear the doorbell, or the phone - it's great! I like listening to a piece of music which is similar to the scene I'm building. So if it's epic and cinematic then something like Eric Serra (Subway, Big Blue, Nikita, Fifth Element etc) is good. If I'm building a scene which is cheap, crass and annoying then something like Britney Spears does the trick nicely. WBM P.S. Britney, if you're reading this - I was only joking - I like you really - but you have GOT to think about getting someone else to choose your clothes for you.. ------------------ Pray that there's intelligent life somewhere up in space, 'Cause there's bugger all down here on Earth.
