How do I change the legend @ the beginning of a level?? I have tried about four million times to alter the Angkor one, by changing the legend in th Eng. file copying ang pasting it in the Scpt. file, so I know they are identical?? how is this done??
Also, I have added the Roof Key from City.WAD to Settomb.WAD and as u TRWest'ers know it is now named load - how do I change the name?? do i copy its line form CITY.WAD and add it to Set???

I have no idea on this one as I haven't tried it myself.

To add the legend "hello" for example add the line "Legend=hello" to your script.txt. Now open english.txt and change the line "Cambodia..." into "hello". Don't add or delete lines, always replace them, the number of lines in the language files must be constant!

Also try running Easylife to update your DAT files.

....and then Lara raises that child in her home in London where Jeeves is constantly nagging for a raise as he now has to change dipers too. After 12 years, the child, whom Lara called Spike, starts to go through puberty and is rebelling towards his mother and her butlet by secretly taking Lara's bike at night and do racing with some very wrong and cinister looking bikergangs. One day, Jeeves tells Lara she got a phonecall that there has been an accident and that her child is in the hospital. Lara rushes to the garage to jump on her hybrid, only to find out it's missing and she has to have Jeeves drive her to the hostital the slow way. Once at the hostital, she sees her child in a coma and it didn't look good, but all of a sudden, she pulls out a misterious little jar of yellow fluid and poors it down her child's mouth. After a couple of minutes, the kid revives and expresses sorrow for everything. They give each other a big hug...... and they all lived happily ever after

lol, so I was on a roll, so what

On a more serious note, post here the text you get when running the script compiler and we might be able to point you to the problem.

Yes, I overwrite the DAT files every time - there isnt any otherway is there?
Also - re naming items wont work......honestly, all this crap is really putting me off LE.....you can't do what you want to do, and sometimes not even things you dont want!
