Which king of key, keyhole and door are you using (from which wads?)
If it's a simple key, just put your key wherever you want (if it's on the floor, you don't have to change the OCB), then place the keyhole on the wall, trigger it on the same floor square (ie on the square where Lara will stand to put the key in the keyhole) with a "key trigger" (in the trigger window, select "key"), then, place the door and trigger it simply over the keyhole trigger (ie. on the same square). All in all, it should work: the key should trigger the keyhole that will open the door!
Tell us if it works!

So you mean: I place the key, keyhole and door. I trigger the keyhole under the keyhole. Then i trigger the door under the keyhole. So i trigger the key under the door or keyhole?

You do not need to trigger the key at all. By definition, it will match the keyhole automatically provided it is from the same "kind" of matching key/keyhole pair(let's say: key 12 and keyhole 12). And don't forget to set the keyhole trigger as "key" and not simple "trigger".
