Hi,
Is this the level editor that Eidos published on the web for a competition years ago?

Anyhows, where can I download it from?
Which Tomb Raider games does it run on?

your a bit late, it comes with TR Chronicles (PC version). It is not downloadable (to my knowledge :P). It only uses the TR4 engine however.

The question now arises: Does anyone know where I can download the level maker that Eidos did, for Tomb Raider 1?

Eidos didn't download the TR1 LE. it was created. (core is the creators of the game and eidos is the publisher just so you know. )
It is not available for download, but someone in the forum created one for all the TR series. you can download it from here.
