when you import a dfx file you have to apply the textures to it, is there any way to rotate the textures? because while retexturizing lara head her eyes and lips are facing to the same side

For tiangles you can press and hold alt to make it rotate the triangle that you see. In order to get another triangle of the texture press and hold ctrl and alt once. It's a bit of trial and error from there to get it in the correct place.
