Is there any way to be able to see all the wad object in 3D. Is there a particular program that we can use.

Yes. The programme is called "Tomb Raider Level Editor".

Other than that, the latest WADMerger versions also display the selected object in a separate window.

I know that TRLE is able to see 3D the wad object but i wondering if another program we can use to see the object in 3d with details
