@ All,

I am trying to create my own sounds to put in the editor. I am creating new stuff and overwriting the lara_noj and lara_nof files or the ones where Lara says ‘No’ in French and Japan. If I make the file to big Tomb Raider 4 crashes and if I make it too small it plays the sound too fast. How can I get it to play normally!! The sound file is only 1 second like most of the other sound files! I would create a new CD track, but afterwards it would trigger the background loop and I want my level to have no background loop.
So please help!!

Are you sure your wav file is saved as a 4-bit 44Khz Microsoft Encoded wav file? - On your background loop problem just record a five second wav file with no sound, save it in the proper wave format. Save the file in your trle audio folder with a number like 115 or something, then make the appropriate changes to your script file.

In sound recorder you can change the properties of recorded sound or go into control panel then multimedia and do it from there. In the script file the bottom line says Level =data/city,102 change this number for the file you want
