I need to know if anybody has gotten around using a pick up trigger to play a CD track that you want to use more than once in the level? The problem is when you use the code 5 on the cd trigger you get the cannot over lap special triggers error, when you place it on a pick up trigger.I know I could just place the cd trigger on the floor some where near by but thats a lil boring..any ideas?

Put a pickup trigger, as you know, under the object you want lara takes. Build a not connected room (or in a place that lara can't reach and see) and put in there a rolling ball. Put a normal trigger for the rolling ball under the pickup trigger: then put an heavy trigger using code 5 for the cd under the rolling ball.

sorry, I forgot to tell you to lift up the rolling ball a little bit, so, when it touches the gronud it activates the heavy trigger for the cd

I don't think you can use a CD track more than once anyway, you'd have make a copy of the one you want rename it to an unused number in the audio folder and then trigger it...course I could be wrong!!!

Thanks for your help guys. I thought of another way to do it with out burning up rooms and objects and it works fine. what I did was have the pick up trigger a single flyby cam which then activates a heavy trigger for the cd track with the 5 code bit on so that I can use it again...works cool.

Yeah you can Colin but sometimes it gets a lil tricky when you want to trigger something else on the same square.

Yes, you can use an audio track more than once in a same level. Just open the trigger window and press the 1 button leaving the 2-5 others unpressed. After that, when you want to re-use the same CD, open again the trigger window and press de 2 button leaving the 1,3-5 others unpressed etc...

the last one CD must have the last numbers pressed (3, 4 and 5 if you used 3 times the same CD track).
