What exactally should the properties of a TRLE wav be?------------------

Hi.Do you mean AUDIO or SOUND ? AUDIO Files : MS ADPCM, 44.1kHz, 4Bit, Stereo
SOUND Files : PCM, 22.05kHz, 16Bit, Mono Greetings. ------------------

Hi.Simply use the soundrecorder that is installed with your Windows Software.
Load the WAV into it and use SAVE AS:
There you can change the format of the sound-file. Greetings. ------------------

if you want to have a professional go at it though, download a trial version of cool edit at www.syntrillium.com ------------------
