Some time I don't update this

Well, djbrighty had some problems and was unable to finish his rooms.

By Tuesady I already knew that. But, just now I updated this page.

The project was now e-mailed to Von Croy and djbrighty dropped to later positions, as he still wished to be in this project.

Sorry for the long delay.

were you able to fix the overlapping problem, as the last room went being sent into the wrong direction?

I think it's not necessary, Driber. You see, the room were it would supposely overlap is some clicks lower than the current. What can be done is to make the room higher to go over the below one.

LeeO drops out.
hteS receives the project file (his deadline closes in June 4th).

I guess this level will be ready about September (2003, of course... )

I have run into a problem.
When I completed the room, I went to test it with textures and objects in it. Then I went back to the project (the one without textures and objects) to do some changes. Then I saved the project without seeing that the textures and objects was still loaded! How come this is happening? I didn't know that bug! What should I do now? I have no backup. And if I cut the room and paste it into the original project (the one without my room) the textures and objects will be saved with it. TR2PRJ makes the project all messed up! Please help! I don't want to redo my room!

Is there a way to unload the WAD and TGA?

I experienced the same problem when testing my room. I ended up rebuilding a large bit and it turned out even better, but it can still be a pain in the butt.

Treeble, how about inserting this "bug" warning (if you test your room with textures, be sure to CLOSE the editor before loading up the original poject again) in the e-mail for the next people on the list

Or even better, in this thread's start post.

By the way, I have a question. How can we know who made the rooms when we play the level? Is that info in the readme file or should we make texture tiles with our names written to put in the beginning of the rooms?

PS. I can make the splash screen (the one that shows when running tomb4) if you wish.

This level's going to be pretty linear I guess, so the members can be just listed in order, and you'll know that the 16th puzzle is made by yourself.

And I have a question about objects, I guess were using the tut1 wad for the project and I heard that if there's a maximum of of cmembers each member can use 9 or 8 objects maximum. But what about static objects?(you know debris, arhitecture, shatter etc.) They have a limitation of about 2000 or more objects, how much of them may be placed in a room(s)?

Great rooms hteS!
The project is now being emailed to jeffrey (his deadline closes in June 8th).

I added the bug warning in the first post...
and about the room identification, no there will not be any identification ingame. We will list everyone in the readme file, in the correct order of appearance.

Also, just FYI, we will be using the tut1.tga. IE. Don't make something like a ship cause later you will have to texture it with the tut1.tga!!!

EDIT- Also, LeeO is back to the project. Most of the members had a "second chance", so it was not fair to leave him out.

We could make screenshots of our rooms and put them in the readme file. That'll be a great room identification.

That's a good idea, hteS.

Jeffrey made his room (yep, not even ONE day), and the project was just sent to Netslider. His deadline closes in June 8th.

I'm still wondering or I'm going to make the 2th room full with water to make the electrical death-square.

Driber, as there were a lot of problems with the rules I was sending through e-mail, now I simply point a link to this thread. So, if a member REALLY reads the rules, (s)he will see the bug warning.

Jeffrey, your rooms were great. Actually, all the rooms until now are awesome! It will be a nice level

Not to mention, it'll be on the homepage by the end of the week (hopefully) .
